ANDY LOW

Andy is the Managing director of 3 companies, Familywills Corporation, Institutio, and Grade Focus. Familywills’ Office is in Toa Payoh Central, HDB Hub, in a law firm. As the Senior Legal Counsel, he structures the legacy of the mass affluent to the Ultra high net worth in Singapore and beyond, using legal instruments such as wills and trusts. To date, Andy had drafted more than 1000 wills and trusts. Andy also holds professional qualifications from Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) (Singapore), Association of Estate Planning Practitioner (AEPP) Estate Planning Professional Ltd (EPPL) and so on.

He holds 4 degrees, a BSc Economics and an LLB (Hons), 2 Masters, MSc Human Resource Management (Hons) and LLM (Merit) in International Business Law. He is currently pursuing doctoral studies.

Andy is the principal law academic for Amity Global Institute for their Undergraduate and Postgraduate Law (Master of Law) and business programmes

Currently, Andy trains both insurance agents on the legal aspects of wealth planning and real estate agents on real estate law all year round.

Andy is a lifetime member of London School of Economics Alumni Association of Singapore (LSEAAS), Distinguished University Alumni League (DUAL), The Honourable Society of the Inner Temple, England and Wales (a Barrister Inn of Court), a member of National University of Singapore Society (NUSS), Association of Swiss Arbitrators Under 40 (ASA) and so on.

In his leisure hours, Andy serves as the Convenor (Chairman) of NUSS Tennis Section (over 200 members) as well as a youth leader in the NUSS Youth Guild.

Andy actively participates in sports and especially in Tennis. Won numerous championship trophies and runner-up trophies.

Represented schools at national inter schools in ‘C’, ‘B’ & ‘A’ Divisions, in Singapore Armed Forces inter-formation games under Guards, 7 SIB (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Singapore_Guards)

Also represented my University in SuniG (Singapore University Games). Joined NUSS (National University of Singapore Society) upon graduation and represented them ever since. Latest 2 trophies were 2018 AIS (Alumni International Singapore) champion and 2019- runner-up.
